Guangzhou TND Axle is a high-tech enterprise dedicated to the design. Production, research and development of semi-trailer axle and suspension. It is located in the international commercial city, Guangzhou, covering an area of 50, 000 square meters. The main products include: Axles. Suspensions and other related accessories. The factory′s maximum annual production capacity is 120, 000axles and 20, 000 sets of suspension series.

In 2007, TND Axle started and applied the most advanced artillery warhead manufacturing military technology to produce axle products by independent innovation, and developed the technology of thickening integral shaft by hot extrusion molding with its own intellectual property rights. Our self-designed hot-extrusion thickening integrated Axle technology is the first in the world to realize simultaneous thickening and extrusion, and the thickness of the axle end bearing can be customized according to the customer special request. It is also the only company that can process single-end extrusion for German type axle spindle of heavy tonnage, higher taper in only 3 steps. This technology is highly evaluated and recognized by industry experts and it lays a solid foundation for our company′s subsequent production of high-precision, high-stability, and high-demand one-piece axle beam.

Adhering to the inheritance of military quality, TND′s thickened one-piece axle beam has broken through the bottleneck of traditional technology. It completely avoided the problems of deformation. Counter bending, and fatigue failure, and apparently increased the axle working life time. We apply our axle to the strict fatigue test, the result reaches to 6 million times averagely, which is far higher than the domestic standard of 800.000 times.

From the beginning till now, we mainly focus on high ends product manufacturing. Relying on the excellent military quality, the quality of our products meets the American FMVSSl-121 standard. As well as, we are the only high-quality supplier approved in both quality and production process by the leader of the axle industry SAF Holland.
